By placing an order, accessing the Strix Shop web portal, or signing a Purchased Order, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between the Buyer and Strix Shop regardless of age.
Strix Shop reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
Strix Shop will allow customers to choose not to provide certain information; however, the customer might not be able to take advantage of many services or products. Strix Shop will request the following: name, age, and email.
Strix Shop promises to not sell any of your personal information unless required by law. Your information is used solely to operate and provide products and services.
When you use Strix Shop or send messages from your devices, you consent to receive communications from us electronically in the same form (messaging, email, etc.).
All content included or made available through any Strix Shop Service is the property of Strix Shop and is protected by United States Copyright laws.
Starting August 2026, Strix Shop will require users to make their own accounts. You may be required to log in prior to entering the web page. You are responsible for account confidentiality and all activities associated with your account. Children under the age of 14 require parental consent prior to purchase.
All orders are FINAL once placed. All payments are FINAL once processed. Please refer to our returns and refunds section for dissatisfaction details.
